RETURNS & REFUNDS
At MVProShop, your satisfaction is our main priority and we thank you for shopping with us. If there are any issues with your purchase, you can request a full refund or exchange on some items.
The following terms and conditions apply:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from order date, with a receipt.
- Item must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Product must not be altered or customized.
- Returned product is subject to 10% re-stocking fee.
- Accessories, like nose clips and earpieces, are non refundable and cannot be returned.
- Goggles may be returned and refunded provided they are in original unopened packaging and not opened.
- Products not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom and logoed items
- Grab Bag items
- Technical suits
- Other sale items marked as “Sale”
Return and Refund of Defective Products
A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaw. Any product assessed as defective will be replaced (no refunds allowed) at no charge up to 15 days from date of purchase.
